authorization holds + cancellation

We place a flat $5.40 authorization hold while we research availability and confirm the final price. Pantry baskets use a $54 hold. You approve the confirmed price before we proceed. If the final price is higher, we charge the difference; if it is lower, we release the unused hold and charge the lower amount. Then we deliver.

If you cancel after research, a $4 fee applies. If you cancel after confirmation, we will try to stop the goods or service. When cancellation is more than 24 hours after confirmation, 50% is paid to the service provider.

when will it arrive?

Timing is confirmed after the order is placed, based on the recipient’s city and local partner availability.

what happens if something is unavailable?

A comparable local product of equal or greater value is substituted.
